Netflix has released a teaser trailer for its new series “Terzi” (The Tailor), which is inspired by a true story. Directed by Cem Karcı and written by Rana Mamatlıoğlu and Bekir Baran Sıtkı, the series stars Çağatay Ulusoy in the lead role, along with other talented actors such as Salih Bademci, Olgun Şimşek, and Şifanur Gül.

The series will follow the story of Peyami, a talented tailor who inherits his skills from his grandfather. After his grandfather’s death, Peyami is forced to take care of his mentally unstable father Mustafa, whose secret he has kept hidden from everyone. The series will explore the themes of love, family, and friendship as Peyami’s long-standing friendship with his closest friend Dimitri is put to the test by a romantic interest. As he embarks on a journey to uncover the deep secrets of his family’s past, Peyami will confront his own demons and those of his loved ones.

“Terzi” will be released worldwide on Netflix on May 2nd. Each episode of the series will reveal a new secret, and the story will challenge the audience to question concepts such as love, family, and friendship. The series also stars Ece Sükan, Zeynep Tarhan, Murat Kılıç, Celile Toyon, Engin Şenkan, Vedat Erincin, and Lila Gürmen.
