The 52nd International Final of the “Model of Models® International” competition was held with a magnificent organization sponsored by Bozkurt Cosmic Towers and organized by Deniz Şaman. Ecem April Onutman won the first prize in the Model of Models International competition.

The competition, organized by Deniz Shaman Production in Istanbul, was attended by 22 female contestants from 20 countries (Alexonova Elyanora – Kyrgyzstan, Aysu Hidayatzade – Turkmenistan, Blachinie Bipoumbou Ndombi – Congo, Graci Mell – Gabon, Bella Olwanisola – Nigeria, Emma Housea – Kenya, Azude Kızancık – Bulgaria, Maryam Guliyeva – Azerbaijan, Nazlıcan Uzel – Afghanistan, Alesia Kanikova – Lithuania, Everose Nyanchama – Kenya, Sarah Abeny Atenh Majak – South Sudan, Ahwera Trisa – Uganda, Şehrizade Nuriddinova – Uzbekistan, Polina Krivogonova – Russia, Elif Self – Kosovo, Anastasia Butorina – Ukraine, Zsanett Nagy – Hungary, Suraya Samuratova – Turkmenistan, Yulia Gedik – Belarus, Ecem April Onutman – Turkey, Matina Rajabi – Iraq).

The organization, which was carried out by Bekir Ayar Subaşı under the general management of International Model of Models President Deniz Şaman, was directed by Oksana Kuznetsova as Art Director, media production was carried out by Ghazaleh Alamshahi, the direction was handled by Halil İbrahim Demirkıran, and the sponsorship was managed by Tülay Türken. Tülay Türken also presented the red carpet of the night, while the Project Coordination of the competition was carried out by Osman Akar.

The finalists of the competition were determined by the votes of the special jury… The jury was chaired by producer Faruk Özdemir and businessperson Turan Güneş and included the following members:

As a result of the jury members’ votes, Ecem was crowned the queen of Model of Models April 2023, while Zanette Nagy from Hungary came in second, Polina Krivogonova in third, Suraya Samuratova in fourth, and Yulia Gedik in fifth place.

The Bozkurt Cosmic Towers special award went to Maryam Guliyeva from Azerbaijan, the Miss Europa crown went to Elif Self from Kosovo, the Miss Africa crown went to Ahwera Trisha from Uganda, and the Miss Asia crown went to Anastasia Butorina from Ukraine. The “Courage crown” was awarded to Nazlıcan Uzel from Afghanistan for her courageous performance.

The opening of the Model of Models competition was presented by Şeriban Yıldız Kreasyonları, and the twin models of the Main Sponsor Bozkurt Cosmic Towers, Ege and Furkan, while the graduates of the Deniz Şaman Model Academy (Revna Ceren Aras, Sefa Coşar, Samet Esgün, Yusuf Çelebi, Deniz Demir, and models Fatih Enes Uyar and Atakan Keskin) presented a mini fashion show.

In the competition, the accessories of the special designers, Elements by Nehir Akın, scarves prepared by Güldem Eşarp with ebru art, and shoes from Feruza Shoues were worn with Şehnaz Parsa, Ela Şenkelebeker, Emrullah Köroğlu, Helen İmen, Seval Kostüm, and Hacere Orhon Kreasyonu designs.

During the competition, Aslı Güngör, Rabia, Asil Mucize, Hatice, and Kodes took the stage and gave a magnificent concert to the audience. Levent Saydam and his team did the hair designs of the contestants, while the makeups were done by Dilay Çınar, Dilara Yeniyapan, Mehmet Alpan, and Selime Özkul, the official makeup artist of Bozkurt Cosmic Towers, under the direction of Gökhan Ciğeroğlu.

The runway of the International Competition was set up by the company ‘Yaco Podyum.’ The beautiful choreographies of the competition were handled by Halil İbrahim Demirkıran.

The producer of Model of Models Competition, Deniz Shaman, answered questions after the final. In his statement, Shaman said: “Model of Models International is a professional competition, so the support of the world’s textile and ready-to-wear industry, as well as the audio and visual broadcast companies of the advertising, series, and cinema industry, is very important to us. Our contestants set career goals for themselves in these three industries. Just as we work to meet the needs of our own industries from our own human resources, we also aimed to make this international competition a gateway to rising for models from other countries by holding it in our country in order to strengthen our country’s central position in the outside world. The models who win the International Model of Models title in the competition are ready to volunteer at every stage where they are socially needed. We will try to be helpful according to the requests that come in, based on their qualifications. We will also strive to be the locomotive in the professionalization and career advancement of every model who participated in our competition. For this purpose, we have also started working to provide artistic services.”
