The thoughts of the Z generation, which has been on the agenda and commented on many issues recently, about marriage, engagement and henna events also differ from the past.

Famous organizer Erol Yıldırım, who founded the first and only Henna Organization Sector in Turkey in 2007 and has carried out hundreds of successful weddings, engagements, henna and bachelorette organizations to date, stated that the Z generation is distant from marriage and prefers friendship and dating relationships. Stating that today, the Z generation sees marriage as an event at a distance and they want to spend their days and their future more on social media, Yıldırım emphasized that the Z generation is not aware that marriage is a serious act.

Stating that the Z generation has many different characteristics compared to the past, Yıldırım said, “The Z generation, unlike the Y generation, approaches marriage at a distance. He thinks that organizations such as engagement and henna are traditional, he runs away from his responsibilities. However, in our traditions, organizations such as henna and engagement have been held with various celebrations for centuries. I think that a generation Z that embraces its traditions will carry us to the future more successfully.”

Erol Yıldırım, who is also the owner of the Erol Yıldırım Luxury Event brand, created a business sector for henna organization in 2007 and opened a new employment door in Turkey. Yıldırım, who has performed hundreds of wedding, engagement and henna events to date, has brought another first to the marriage industry in Turkey thanks to the Robot Henna Team he created at the marriage fair in 2019.

Erol Yıldırım, who is also the Founding President of the All Events and Organizers Association (Teoder), also stated that the dog wedding he will organize in the coming period will be talked about in Turkey and that he will continue to bring firsts in organization to Turkey.
